These various undertakings exposed Lawrence to an assortment of situations where by the subject properties were zoned, or needed to be re-zoned, as residential; commercial; retail; office; mixed use; or industrial, and required visual and enviromental safety improvements facilitated precisely by those exact inherent qualities, such as; the vision, the strategic planning, and the projected expertise.
